Terms and policies regarding warranty and after-sales service of PT-Actuator products
Thank you again for choosing our PT-Actuator products among many simulator dynamic equipment manufacturers. At the same time, please read our after-sales service terms in detail before using our products.
Simulator dynamic motion systems are usually divided into two major systems: mechanical and electrical.
Mechanical part: In our products, thanks to the safety of mechanical strength and rigid redundancy, under normal use conditions, we usually provide customers with up to 3 years of free after-sales service for pure mechanical parts, and at the same time provide up to 10 years of paid after-sales service, which is only the material cost of spare parts. Cylinder body, ball screw, transmission shaft, linear guide, high-strength engineering plastics, and rolling bearings of electric cylinders.
Electrical part: In the entire system of our simulator motion platform, various circuit logic controls are indispensable. In our products, motion control cards, servo drives, switching power supplies, wires and cables, relays, control switches and servo motor bodies are usually defined as free warranty for 1 year. For products over 1 year old, we only charge the accessories cost of their production and manufacturing costs.
Who do you need to contact when there is a quality problem with the product?
Given that PT-Actuator operates in 43 countries and regions around the world, our products will be sold in various formats such as B2B, B2C, offline simulator experience centers, agents, distributors, and individual players. Therefore, PT-Actuator's products provide global warranty and after-sales service, but this does not mean that products purchased through agents and intermediaries can also seek direct services from their original manufacturers without reason. This is mainly reflected in the fact that when you purchase products, agents and intermediaries have the responsibility and obligation to provide you with the first-time
Champion GT is an entry point actuator kit that we specially designed and manufactured for sim racing market which has limited budget but still pursuit for motion.
This basically could not give heavy duty payload capacity and doesn't support the future upgrading to 6dof ( double traction loss and surge )

Communicate via a single CAN system instead of via direct complex analog signal lines- reducing errors, weight, wiring, and cost.
This allows for a greater amount of all-digital information interaction, while transmitting a lot of parameters, instructions and status data in both directions’ verses pulse control that can only transmit positions or speed of information in a one-way direction and cannot obtain more status or parameters of the servo.
The high precision of the CAN bus digital communication mode has no signal drift problems or instructions and provides feedback data accuracy up to 32-bits.
CAN bus has higher reliability, stronger anti-interference ability, and no pulse loss phenomenon. Pulse control is unreliable at high-speed pulses.
PT-Actuator advanced SDK is a programming interface that allows any tird party developper to add a motion platform support to basically any application or a game. The PT-Actuator motion controller does control the hardware(PT-Actuator servo driver plus the motor) directly.
